The Austin Chapter of the Structural Engineers Association of Texas (SEAoT - Austin) is a diverse community of structural engineers working in the academic, design, and construction industries. Our aim is to implement the mission and goals of SEAoT including the promotion of professional development, relationships between industry, academia, and the public, and involvement with other industry and governmental organizations.

2017 Local Chapter 

President


Jeremiah Fasl has been a board member in the Austin Chapter of SEAoT since 2015. He is an engineer at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. Jeremiah enjoys hiking and playing soccer, and is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin. 

Vice President


Dave Dunkman has been a member of SEAoT since 2013. He works at Hollingsworth Pack. Dave holds degrees from Northwestern University and UT Austin; and enjoys singing and running in his spare time (not the same spare time).

Secretary


Arnaud Thibonnier has been a member in the Austin Chapter of SEAoT since 2016.  He is the Director of Structural Engineering Services at BIG RED DOG Engineering.  Arnaud enjoys training for triathlons, watching Longhorn football, and going to the various music festivals in Austin. 

Treasurer


Lizeth Gonzales has been a member of SEAoT since 2010. She works at LCRA in the Line and Structural Department. She enjoys volunteering in the community and tutoring Math and languages. Lizeth is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin. Hook'em!
